These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by these Terms.

16. Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
